Blenkinsopp Town are a professional baseball team based in Blenkinsopp in the country of Barnshire, Ianoia. They are known nationally as either Blenkinsopp or B-Town but known more locally as the Bulls.
Blenkinsopp Town can trace it’s routes back as far as 1891, when farmers in the Bedhampton Peninsula regularly played exhibition matches against farmers located on Masham and Fittleton Islands. By 1896, Joshua McPhail – a prominent shopkeeper in the city – invited the best players from the area to try-out for his new team with 7 of the farmers based on the Peninsula making the squad. In 1899, McPhail officially registered the team as Blenkinsopp Town.
The home ground of Blenkinsopp is Landseer Park, situated in the suburban west of the city on top of Landseer Hill. The enormous park that holds just shy of 36,500 fans is a Pitcher’s dream, with speedy base-runners the key to success.
